How do I know whether my product is still under warranty?

Check your product documentation or order confirmation. If unsure, send us your order number so our team can confirm eligibility.

Include your order number, product model, issue description, and clear photos or a short video where helpful.

After assessment, we will explain whether repair, replacement, or another resolution is appropriate.

Unless your terms state otherwise, accidental damage, misuse, modification, loss, and normal wear are generally excluded.
