YouWeMed is a brand operated by Blue SciTech Co., Ltd., based in Xuzhou, Jiangsu, China. Orders placed on youwemedcare.com are sold and fulfilled by Blue SciTech Co., Ltd.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information when you visit youwemedcare.com, place an order, submit a review, use our support services or otherwise communicate with us. Blue SciTech Co., Ltd. is the controller responsible for the personal information we process for these purposes, except where a service provider acts independently as explained below.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify and other service providers also process information to operate the store and deliver the services you use.

Please share only what is necessary for your inquiry. You may withdraw that consent by contacting us; this does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

The Product Finder includes an optional local photo preview. Selecting a photo for that preview is separate from sending it to our support team. If you decide to send a photo through WhatsApp or another communication service, that service will also process the information under its own terms and privacy notice.

Submitting a photograph or support message does not by itself give us permission to use it in public marketing or as a published customer case. Any separate public use must have an appropriate legal basis and permission where required.
