Terms of Service

Last updated: October 17, 2026

OVERVIEW

Welcome to YouWeMed. This website, youwemedcare.com, and its online store are operated by Blue SciTech Co., Ltd., a company based in Xuzhou, Jiangsu, China. YouWeMed is our brand. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Blue SciTech Co., Ltd., trading as YouWeMed.

Orders placed through this website are sold and fulfilled by Blue SciTech Co., Ltd. Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to offer our website, products and related services (the “Services”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Services and purchases from our store, together with the following policies:

Please read these Terms before placing an order. By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to the applicable Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled; any consent required by law will be requested separately.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

Purchases must be made by a person who has reached the age of majority and has legal capacity to enter into a contract in their place of residence. If you purchase a product for a child or another person in your care, you are responsible for ensuring that its use is appropriate and follows the product instructions and relevant professional advice.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information needed to process your order, including your contact, payment and delivery details.

If you create an account, keep your login credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must not transfer or sell your account or use another person’s account without authorisation. Your responsibility for account activity remains subject to applicable law.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, photographs and prices accurately. Minor differences in displayed colours may occur because of screen settings.

We are responsible for supplying products that conform to the description and specifications provided at the time of purchase. Display differences do not affect your rights regarding defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products.

We may update product information, discontinue products or change availability for future purchases. These changes do not reduce our obligations for orders already placed.

Please review the model, voltage, plug type, intended use and safety information before ordering. Follow the product manual and relevant advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Website information and customer support do not replace an individual medical assessment. We do not guarantee a particular treatment result.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance by email. We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, payment problems, suspected fraud, an error affecting the order, or a legal restriction.

If we cannot accept or fulfil your order after collecting payment, we will notify you and promptly issue a full refund to your original payment method. We will obtain your agreement before making a material change to an existing order.

To request a cancellation or correction, contact support@youwemedcare.com as soon as possible. We will confirm whether the order can still be stopped or changed. If we confirm cancellation before dispatch, we will refund the amount paid. If an order has already been dispatched, our Return & Refund Policy and your applicable legal rights apply.

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Eligibility is based on the date you contact us, not the date the returned parcel reaches us. Please contact us before sending a return.

For non-quality returns, the device, supplied accessories and original product packaging box must be in good condition. All supplied accessories and the original product packaging box must be included. The packaging requirement concerns the product’s own box, not the outer shipping carton. Opening the box to inspect the product does not, by itself, make it ineligible for return.

Damaged packaging or an opened box does not automatically exclude a valid claim for a defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed product.

We cover return shipping for confirmed quality issues, incorrect items or products not as described. For non-quality returns, such as a change of mind or selecting the wrong model, voltage or plug, the customer pays return shipping to our return address in China.

Approved return refunds are initiated within 7 business days after we receive the returned item, following inspection. Additional time may be needed for your bank or payment provider to credit the refund. Mandatory legal refund deadlines take precedence.

Our Return & Refund Policy contains the detailed return conditions, process, refund methods and return address. The 30-day return window is separate from our one-year limited warranty and does not limit statutory rights.

Purchases through this store are intended for personal or household use. For wholesale or resale enquiries, please contact us before ordering.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Product prices and available payment methods are displayed on the website. The currency and total amount payable to us are shown before you complete your purchase. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change an accepted order without your agreement.

For qualifying products and orders, standard shipping and applicable import duties and taxes are included as described in our Shipping Policy. Any exclusions, additional shipping charges, or import duties and taxes payable separately must be disclosed before purchase. Charges collected by us will be included in the checkout total.

Where shipping, import duties and taxes are stated to be included for your order, you will not be required to pay those covered charges again on delivery. Contact us if you receive an unexpected request for payment relating to a covered charge.

You must be authorised to use the payment method provided. Please ensure your billing and contact details are accurate and notify us promptly if information affecting an order changes.

Promotions may have additional conditions disclosed with the offer. A promotion does not remove your rights relating to faulty or misdescribed products.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped from China. Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard international delivery is estimated at approximately 7–10 business days after dispatch. Processing time and transit time are separate.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the destination, carrier operations, customs clearance, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Further details are provided in our Shipping Policy.

If your order is significantly delayed, lost or damaged in transit, contact support@youwemedcare.com with your order number and relevant details. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable. Delays do not remove any cancellation or refund rights you have under applicable law.

For deliveries arranged by us, the risk of loss or damage remains with us until you or your designated recipient receives the goods.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We will explain any justified additional costs caused by an incorrect address or requested redelivery before you agree to further arrangements.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Website text, photographs, graphics, videos, logos, designs and other content are owned by us or the relevant rights holders, or used under licence. They are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access the website and use its content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where applicable law permits it.

YouWeMed names and logos belong to the relevant brand rights holder. Shopify names and logos belong to Shopify. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Customers retain ownership of the content they submit, subject to the limited permissions described in Section 11.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

The Services may include tools provided by third parties. Those tools may be subject to the provider’s separate terms and privacy practices.

Where permitted by law, optional third-party tools are provided on an “as available” basis. Please review the relevant provider’s terms before using them.

This section does not exclude our responsibility for our own products, orders, representations or obligations under applicable law.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may contain links to external websites or embedded third-party content. Unless expressly stated, a link does not mean that we own, control or endorse the external service.

External websites have their own terms and privacy policies. Please review them before providing personal information or making a separate purchase.

We are not responsible for third-party content or separate transactions except where applicable law makes us responsible. This section does not limit your rights concerning an order placed with us.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, purchases through our store are made directly with Blue SciTech Co., Ltd., trading as YouWeMed.

Shopify is the ecommerce platform provider and is not the seller of our products. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and us, including injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from those purchases and transactions.

Nothing in this section excludes any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information, including information provided for order processing and customer support.

Shopify also processes personal information to operate and provide its platform services. Its practices are described in Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

Information may be processed by us in China and by service providers in other countries, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Where consent is legally required for a particular activity, we will seek it separately.

SECTION 11 - REVIEWS AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

You retain ownership of reviews, photographs and other content you submit. You must have the necessary rights to submit the content and must not infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

For content you intentionally submit for public display, such as a product review, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, publish and display that content in connection with our store and Services, subject to applicable law and your privacy rights.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Please disclose any compensation or incentive connected with a review. We may moderate unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, spam or rights-infringing content, but this permission does not authorise us to fabricate reviews or materially change their meaning.

This public-content licence does not apply to private customer-service messages, skin photographs, medical information or other personal information sent privately for assistance. Sending such information does not authorise its publication or use in advertising. Separate, explicit consent will be obtained before we use private customer material for those purposes.

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

We may correct errors in product descriptions, specifications, prices, promotions, shipping information or availability.

If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and explain the issue and available options. We will not impose a higher price or materially change the order without your agreement.

If an order must be cancelled because of an error and payment has been collected, we will promptly issue a full refund to the original payment method, subject to applicable law. Corrections do not remove rights you have under an accepted order or mandatory consumer law.

SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Commit fraud, impersonate another person or knowingly provide false order or payment information.

  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.

  • Harass, threaten or unlawfully abuse other users or our staff.

  • Upload malware, interfere with website operation or attempt unauthorised access.

  • Collect other people’s personal information without a lawful basis.

  • Send spam, phishing messages or other deceptive communications.

  • Copy, scrape or commercially exploit the Services without authorisation, except where permitted by law.

  • Use automated tools in breach of Section 14 or bypass security and access controls.

We may take proportionate steps to prevent unlawful activity or protect the Services, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 14 - AUTOMATED AGENTS

This section applies to software or services that take autonomous or semi-autonomous actions on behalf of a user to access or interact with the Services (“Agents”).

Agents must identify themselves truthfully and, when making HTTP or HTTPS requests, include “Agent/[agent name]” in the user-agent string, replacing the bracketed text with the Agent’s name.

Agents must not conceal their automated nature, falsely claim to be human, complete or bypass CAPTCHAs intended to distinguish humans from automated systems, or circumvent measures that restrict or control access.

We may limit or block Agent access. An Agent must stop accessing the Services if we request it to do so.

Using an Agent does not remove any applicable order-review, payment-authorisation or legal-capacity requirements.

SECTION 15 - SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a material breach of these Terms, fraud, unlawful activity, security risks or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide notice.

Suspension or termination does not remove our obligations for accepted orders, valid refunds, warranty claims or statutory consumer rights. You remain responsible for amounts lawfully due for products supplied.

Provisions intended by their nature to continue, including intellectual property, permitted use of submitted content, privacy, liability and dispute provisions, continue to apply as appropriate.

SECTION 16 - PRODUCT WARRANTY AND WEBSITE DISCLAIMERS

All YouWeMed products come with a one-year limited warranty starting on the date you receive the product. It covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal use, as described on our Warranty & Service page.

The limited warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear, or UV lamps reaching the end of their normal service life.

For an eligible claim, we assess the issue and may arrange safe user-replaceable parts with guidance, a replacement device or another appropriate solution. Contact support@youwemedcare.com with your order number and a description of the problem.

The warranty is separate from the 30-day return policy and is additional to any mandatory legal rights. It does not reduce statutory rights concerning faulty, unsafe or misdescribed products.

We do not guarantee that website access will always be uninterrupted or free from technical errors. Any disclaimer concerning website availability does not exclude our obligations to supply products as described, honour our published return and warranty commitments, or comply with applicable law.

SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Any exclusion or limitation of liability in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, liability for defective products, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses, such as lost profits or business opportunities, arising from use of Services intended for personal or household purposes.

Nothing in this section overrides our Return & Refund Policy, our one-year limited warranty, our responsibility to supply products as described, or your mandatory consumer rights and remedies.

SECTION 18 - RESPONSIBILITY FOR UNLAWFUL CONDUCT

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable losses directly caused by your fraud, unlawful conduct, intentional infringement of another person’s rights or other culpable material breach of these Terms.

This does not require you to cover losses caused by our own fault or make you responsible merely because you browse the website, make a purchase or properly use a product.

We will notify you of any relevant claim and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond. We will not agree to a settlement imposing obligations on you without your consent, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY

If a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will apply only to the extent legally permitted or be severed where required. The remaining provisions continue to apply unless applicable law requires otherwise.

SECTION 20 - WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

A failure or delay to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, the policies incorporated into them, and the information forming part of your order govern the relevant use of the Services and purchase.

This section does not exclude binding product descriptions, commitments made to you, information required by law before purchase, or rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any ambiguity will be interpreted according to applicable law.

SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer your account or contractual obligations to another person without our consent, except where applicable law permits it.

We may transfer our business or contractual rights and obligations to another entity, provided this does not reduce your existing consumer rights, refund rights or warranty protection. We will notify you where required by law.

SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and contracts for purchases from our store are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

This choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available under the law applicable to you, including protections in your country of habitual residence where those rules apply.

Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts in Xuzhou, Jiangsu, China. This does not prevent you from bringing a claim in another court or using a complaint or dispute-resolution procedure available under applicable consumer law.

You may contact support@youwemedcare.com if you have a concern. Contacting us does not restrict your right to pursue other available remedies.

SECTION 23 - HEADINGS

Headings are included for convenience and do not change the meaning of these Terms.

SECTION 24 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with an updated date. We will provide notice of material changes where required by law.

Changes apply prospectively. An order remains subject to the Terms and applicable policies in effect when it was placed, unless a change is required by law or otherwise agreed with you.

Your continued use of the Services after an update is subject to the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Updates do not remove existing refund rights, warranty commitments or statutory protections.
